Shipping Information

Shipping is done only via DHL® 72 hours eXpress delivery or Aramex® 72 hours eXpress delivery. We do NOT ship via registered mail or normal postal services for more speed and more comfortable delivery. All delivery are made to your front door. Tracking number is sent upon sending the package to the customer's email. You can track your package 24 hours online.

Order will ship within 1-3 business days after order is placed.

Shipping Cost

Express delivery companies (DHL® and Aramex® ) we use calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and not per item.

BestArabic Shipping Cost1 KG = 2.2 lbs = 1 to 4 products = $10.95

2 KGs = 4.4 lbs = 5 to 9 products = $20.95
3 KGs = 6.6 lbs = 10 to 14 products = $30.95
4 KGs = 8.8 lbs = 15 to 19 products = $40.95
5 KGs = 10.00 lbs = 20 to 24 products = $50.95
6 KGs = 12.2 lbs = 25 to 29 products = $60.95

For example:

you can order 1 Music CD and Pay the shipping cost for 1 Kilo, or you can order 4 Music CDs and Pay the shipping cost for also just 1 Kilo.

So you can save BIG on shipping cost by ordering more then 1 product and combining more items in the same package.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We practically ship to all countries in the world. If due to any unforeseen circumstances, we could not deliver to you, we will notify you via e-mail.
If you would like to know whether we ship to your country, please contact us  along with your full shipping address. We will attend to you ASAP.
Dependent upon your country of origin, there may be additional duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for any fees that may be incurred.

Please note: Unfortunately express delivery companies we use cannot ship to an APO address, FPO address, or PO box address, we need FULL street addresses. What If I Received A Defective / Damaged Merchandize?

We want you to be pleased with your BestArabic.com  purchases. We process refund or exchange for merchandize that are found initially defective on first hand use. We cannot accept Versanddamaged or misused merchandise. If you prefer an exchange, we will issue you the title s full credit which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice.
For return of merchandize, we recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please note that we do not reimburse your shipping costs for the returned product. Replacements are sent via registered air mail. Or, we can also arrange to ship the replacement titles along with your next order via Aramex or DHL. Please note that, shipping charges are not refundable once your order has been processed and shipped. Free titles along with purchase of your order are also not refundable for credit.

Important Refund Notice:

Due to the shipping, products can be damaged. Please open the package once you receive it and have the delivery person standing next to you, make sure all the products are not broken, and DVDs are not scratched. BestArabic.com  does not ship any scratched or broken items.

If you receive any scratched or broken items, then ask the delivery person to help you fill in a complain about you receiving damaged products. Only so you can ask for a full refund. BestArabic.com  is not responsible if you dont track your package and therefore loose it. Please track it online and collect it if necessary
