Are There Any Taxes Applied To My Purchase?

BestArabic.com charges only for the export sales tax and not import tax.
We do not calculate or charge customers for local duties or taxes. For international customers, customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

What Currencies Are The Prices Listed In?

What region are your DVDs and VCDs?

VCDs have NO region settings and can be played on ANY CD player or DVD player, read more about VCD Explanation , and VCD Versions Explanation.

On the other hand DVDs have region encoding, Arabic DVDs are made as Region ALL, meaning they work on any region DVD player or Software without the Region restriction read more about Arabic DVD Regions

Do The Movies Contain Subtitles?

Yes and No. Our Arabic and English movies mostly do not contain subtitles unless it is clearly stated.There are only a very small number of Arabic or English movies that contain subtitles. These are clearly stated in the description pages. If you do not see anything concerning subtitles, then you can safely assume that the movie does not contain subtitles. Again, these are clearly stated in the products description page.

What Is Backorder?

High demand items and/or obscure titles may 'not' be available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder, we will notify you via email after 6 days. We will automatically begin to search our alternate suppliers for new inventory We will ship the backordered item immediately upon obtaining it. If we are unable to locate the Backorder item after another week, we will notify you again via email. At this point you can continue to wait for supply, or cancel the back ordered item(s) and receive a refund. We will continue to search through more suppliers. If your item is on backorder for 7 days, we will automatically refund your payment and email a refund notification.
