Worldwide Express Delivery

Shipping is done only via DHL® 72 hours eXpress delivery or Aramex® 72 hours eXpress delivery. We do NOT ship via registered mail or normal postal services for more speed and more comfortable delivery. All delivery are made to your front door. Tracking number is sent upon sending the package to the customer's email. You can track your package 24 hours online.

Order will ship within 1-3 business days after order is placed.

BestArabic Shipping CostExpress delivery companies (DHL® and Aramex® ) we use calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and not per item.

Fist 1 KG = 2.2 lbs = 1 to 4 products = $36

Each additional KGs = $21

2 KGs = 4.4 lbs = 5 to 9 products = $57
3 KGs = 6.6 lbs = 10 to 14 products = $78
4 KGs = 8.8 lbs = 15 to 19 products = $99
5 KGs = 10.00 lbs = 20 to 24 products = $119
6 KGs = 12.2 lbs = 25 to 29 products = $140

For example:

you can order 1 Music CD and Pay the shipping cost for 1 Kilo, or you can order 4 Music CDs and Pay the shipping cost for also just 1 Kilo.

So you can save BIG on shipping cost by ordering more then 1 product and combining more items in the same package. 

Where Can I see the Weight of my products? 

  1.  In the listing of each item there is also the weight of the item (over the product code number)
  2. By clicking on View basket, you can see the Total Weight of your products

Do You Ship Internationally?  

Yes. We practically ship to all countries in the world. If due to any unforeseen circumstances, we could not deliver to you, we will notify you via e-mail.
If you would like to know whether we ship to your country, please contact us  along with your full shipping address. We will attend to you ASAP.
Dependent upon your country of origin, there may be additional duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for any fees that may be incurred.

What If I Received A Defective / Damaged Merchandize? 

VersandWe want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we're here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective item from BestArabic.com, please contact our  Customer Service department or fax us under: +49-30-7001434618 for either:

*  A replacement for the damaged or defective item
*  Instructions for returning the damaged or defective item to us for a full refund

Notice: If the package arrives damaged due to shipping, please note on the paperwork when signing for the item and if possible take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening and inspecting goods. Courier Firms make us jump through hoops to claim for any damages and this will assist the process enormously.

Please indicate that the item was damaged or defective, and provide as much specific information as possible. We process refund or exchange for merchandize that are found initially defective on first hand use ONLY! We cannot accept self made damaged or misused merchandise. If you prefer an exchange, we will issue you the title full credit which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice.
For return of merchandize, we recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please note that we do not reimburse your shipping costs for the returned product. Replacements are sent via registered air mail. Or, we can also arrange to ship the replacement titles along with your next order via Aramex or DHL. 

Important Refund Notice 

Please note that, shipping charges are not refundable once your order has been processed and shipped. Free titles along with purchase of your order are also not refundable for credit.  More help in our Right to Cancel Policy. BestArabic.com is not responsible if you don't track your package and therefor loose it. Please track it online and collect it if necessary.

Testing Returns 

We test every return for faults and defects. Please check DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs and videogames on a second machine, and consult product manuals for electrical items before returning anything to us. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD or Blu-ray players regional encoding.

Due to the ongoing crises in the middle east, shipping prices have doubled taking effect on Jan 1st of 2014. The charge is now $36 for the first kilo instead of $10.95 and then $21 for each additional kilo. All orders placed before that date will not be effected. Please read more here
