Taxes To Your Order

BestArabic.com charges only for the export sales tax and not import tax.
We do not calculate or charge customers for local duties or taxes. For international customers, customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by local government. As we do not sell pirate/bootlegged copies, we will also not refund orders that are confiscated by Customs. Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from BestArabic.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier DHL, UPS or Aramex. BestArabic.com is NOT responsible if you dont track your package and therefore loose it. Please track it online and collect it if necessary! Right to Cancel

The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.

If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but we will not refund your delivery costs. If you choose our pre-paid postage option then we will deduct postage costs from your refund, as per our delivery rates.

You may cancel the contract by:

sending the notice of cancellation by Email (Consumer Support) ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
where you have already received the goods, by contacting BestArabic.com by Email (Consumer Support) or Fax: +49-30-7001434618. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items that are excluded from the right to cancel include the following

* Goods made to specification or otherwise personalized
* Unsealed optical media, such as DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, video games and computer software
* Perishable items such as food and flowers
* Leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired

Other non-refundable products include: gift vouchers and digital downloads.

We will refund your credit card once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to BestArabic.com or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.

Testing returns

We test every return for faults and defects. Please check DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs and videogames on a second machine, and consult product manuals for electrical items before returning anything to us. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.

Please note: we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD or Blu-ray players modified to disable regional encoding.
